What are the causes of Ukraine’s first defeats at the information front, and how to achieve the victory in the information war? How to evaluate information sources and to check facts?
On September 23 in Mykolayiv the Center for Public Diplomacy – in compliance with all quarantine security measures – will carry out the final regional seminar “Disinformation as an instrument of hybrid warfare: aspects of its spread and possibilities to counter propaganda” for representatives of local authorities, civil society and mass media.
