Center for Public Diplomacy joined the Crimea Platform Expert Network including 7 working groups: «Non-recognition policy and sanctions», «Human rights and international humanitarian law», «Security», «Economy and ecology», «Cultural heritage of Crimea», «Humanitarian policy», «Restoration of rights to indigenous peoples as a tool of deoccupation of Crimea». Our organisation is represented in the working group «Humanitarian policy».
The Expert Network is an important component of the Crimea Platform which activity is aimed at de-occupation of the Crimean peninsula and its peaceful return to Ukraine. It brings together Ukrainian and foreign experts, scientists, human rights activists dealing with the Crimean issues. The Inaugural Forum of the Crimea Platform Expert Network took place on August 6, 2021 in Kyiv.
